Some people recoil at the idea of a fixer-upper with a big, clear - NO. THANK. YOU. And very few, step into it and walk away having found their zone of genius.
Meet Tyler.
Tyler has a full time job. And yet he thought he’d try his hand at fixing up an entire house, taking on so many new things and working miracles in only 4 months.
Tyler worked with his dad, Jeff, and with Tara Tooley Real Estate to make this happen, which, by the way, is also his mom. It was basically a family affair, with Tyler doing all the heavy lifting and the boss.
The end result is stunning!
And the best news? They all still talk to each other - lol.
At one point, Tyler's neighbor who had a front row seat to all that he was doing, decided to walk over to him and say, “Is there anything you can’t do?”
